AT&T was the only game in town in the conferencing industry for quite a while. However, I think this company helped transform how companies communicate. Conferencing, initially audio conferencing, was brought to companies that had never used it before, primarily with their sales operations.

I have absolutely no problem recommending Copper Conferencing to anyone because I firmly believe that my life as a business professional is much easier because I can conduct conference calls and web meetings whenever the need arises. One thing that Copper Conferencing does is up the ante with customer contact. Technology tools have a direct relation to reducing the time that the collector spends focusing on actually contacting the customers.
