Copper Conferencing has two locations, Broomfield, CO and Roswell, GA. I have the pleasure to live in the beautiful state of Georgia. There are so many wonderful things about living here, but I would have to say what really makes it the best for me are the changing of the seasons.

Welcome 2010! Another chance for new beginnings and a fresh start. I mean, who doesn’t love the idea of a clean slate on which to write a new chapter of one’s life? This is the time to, once again, resolve to finally do those things you have been putting off – no better time than the present, right?

In business, resistance to change can be deadly. It stifles growth, prevents employees from progressing and contributing, and makes a business far less competitive. Based on the pace of innovation, technology and new ways to approach things, businesses and people must get used to change or they will be left behind.

As a business leader, I have found that people are reluctant to change for very specific reasons:
