FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BROOMFIELD, Colo., April 2, 2008 – Copper Conferencing, a leading provider of teleconferencing services, announced today the addition of Carolyn Bradfield to its board of managers. Bradfield is a pioneer in the conferencing industry and has founded several of the industry’s largest and most successful service providers.

“Small businesses have the most to gain from the effective use of conferencing technology,” said Bradfield. “Reducing costs and creating efficiencies by holding remote meetings, educating the marketplace, and conducting sales calls allows a small business to better compete with much larger players in any industry. With market conditions and the rising cost of travel, conferencing allows a small company to maintain their competitive edge and hold the line on expenses.”

Bradfield began her conferencing career in 1991 as one of the co-founders of InterCall, now the largest conferencing service provider in the world. In 1995, she founded Quorum Conferencing, which was acquired by Citizens Conferencing, now a division of Premiere Global Services in 1998. In 2000, she founded InterAct Conferencing, which was acquired in 2002 by Raindance Communications. Bradfield led the growth of Raindance for two years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, before InterCall and West Corporation acquired the company.

“Carolyn brings considerable experience in the conferencing and collaboration industry to our board,” said Brad Dupee, Chairman and CEO of Copper Conferencing. “She has been the driving force behind the adoption of many of the most significant innovations in the conferencing industry over the past 20 years. As a result, her successful track record adds depth and dimension to Copper Conferencing’s Board of Managers.”
