Copper Conferencing Announces The Business Webinar Series – A Free Online Learning Series for Business Professionals
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
BROOMFIELD, CO, April 2, 2009 — Copper Conferencing, a leading provider of audio conferencing and web conferencing services to small and medium-sized businesses, announced the launch of The Business Webinar Series, a free web and audio conferencing based online learning series for business professionals.
"The Business Webinar Series brings together leading industry speakers who have a range of expertise in critical business arenas such as sales, marketing, and customer service. Each speaker will deliver powerful content over Copper’s web and audio conferencing services allowing participants to access the webinars from the convenience of their offices or homes," said Carolyn Bradfield, Chief Executive Officer of Copper Conferencing.
The Business Webinar Series is divided into multiple tracks designed to group the webinars together by business interest. These subject areas are targeted to sales professionals, marketing professionals, women in business, leadership techniques and human resources. Each track will have three to five webinars and will be delivered using Copper Conferencing’s Web Visuals integrated web and audio conferencing service.
"One of our primary goals in creating The Business Webinar Series was to provide people access to industry professionals who speak on topics critical to helping businesses survive and thrive in today’s economy. Travel to conferences or even a lecture can be expensive and time consuming," said Alycia Maier-Turner, Director of Marketing for Copper Conferencing. "The Business Webinar Series provides free online presentations targeted to specific groups and makes it easy for business professionals to select a topic of interest without the expense of travel and without taking time away from their businesses."
Free for registered participants, The Business Webinar Series begins with the leadership track on April 28 with the first webinar entitled “Business Survival in an Urgent World: Matching Task to Talent” presented by Lisa Niederman and Lisbeth Mackenzie.
