Copper Conferencing offers post conference summaries on Connect To Copper
This week, Copper Conferencing announced that post conference summaries will now be available on Connect To Copper™, Copper’s online customer portal.
Customers can now access post conference usage reports via www.connect2copper.com quickly and easily. Customers gain more features and flexibility in tracking usage when they use the reporting functionality in Connect To Copper. Moderators simply go to www.connect2copper.com, enter their moderator ID and PIN, and go to the reports tab.
Using Connect To Copper, moderators can:
1. Run On Demand conference usage reports.
2. Change the conference profile.
3. Access user materials – download quick reference guides, order wallet cards or view One Minute Skill Builders videos.
4. Enter billing codes – use the billing code report to add or change billing codes that will appear on your company’s invoice.
