Twitter, a social media and micro-blogging site, is now a part of over 1 million people’s vocabulary.  Users post over 3 million messages a day. It is a great tool to engage in conversation about everything from food to technology.

You can search “conferencing” to find out what others are saying about the technology.  This will give you unbiased information on who’s using what and why.
