CEO Blog: What Happens in Vegas -– the FMI Show

The FMI exhibit hall opens at noon and runs all afternoon, leaving our evenings free. My first introduction for my Vegas novices is to hand everyone $25, do a walking tour of all the casinos on the strip and see who has the best gambling outcome. You can eat your way from one end of the show to the other. Our booth has the “Copper Recipe for Success.” We have cool recipe cards with a conferencing recipe for success and our personal recipes on the back. Now, I don’t cook much at all, but I do make a very awesome zucchini pie that everyone can make. So for those of you who are not at the show, here’s how to make it:
